Aidan Murray
Aidan Murray is managing director of both 360 Solutions UKI ( Master License for UK and Ireland ) and 360 Performance Solutions.
Aidan has 15 years management and training experience in a variety of multinational environments, along with a number of years as an entrepreneur. He is also qualified as a business teacher and as an executive, business and life coach.
Aidan’s management career has run from a trainee manager role with C & A at the beginning of the nineties, to senior management roles with Dell in recent years. Along the way, he has managed in distribution, retail, administration, training, shipping and logistics, sales and marketing and continuous improvement. |

His last 5 years with Dell were focused on Continuous Improvement ( aka Business performance Improvement or lean / Six Sigma ). During this time, he has been responsible for the training, mentoring, certification and general co-ordination of improvement activities throughout Sales and Marketing , Customer and Technical Services, Finance, Business Operations and a number of Programmes groups, resulting in a validated and documented > $0.5 billion in benefit to Dell.
Aidan’s passion has been, and continues to be, playing a role in enabling people and organisations to both recognise and fulfil their potential. In getting to exclusively focus on this passion, Aidan is delighted to fulfil what he sees as his life’s purpose.
Aidan has extensive training experience, and he has received exceptionally positive feedback for his training in locations as diverse as North Africa, Eastern Europe, USA, UK, France and Holland amongst others.
