Training & Development

Compass Programme
The Compass Programme is a membership programme with monthly, four hour workshops, carefully selected to represent the most important topics in employee and management development.
As you attend the Compass series you will develop knowledge and skills that will significantly increase your personal effectiveness and ability to successfully lead others. Meeting monthly will give you the opportunity to practise the concepts before moving on to the next workshop, thus developing the habits of success.

All participants bring a particular key issue to training, with a view to undertaking an improvement project in this area. That way the training should more than pay for it on the completion of that very first project, while the skills and knowledge are maintained into future Continuous Improvement activities.
